Schizophrenia is another mysterious disease that is a mental disorder caused in the human body. The patient cannot easily make out what is real and what is fantasy. Symptoms that occur in patients vary from delusions, lack of emotion and motivation, hallucinations, confused speech. The disease has no cure and no one is sure what causes these diseases. Other diseases such as Pica which is an abnormal appetite for things such as paper, chalk etc that may be considered food, Avian Flu or Bird Flu that is easily transmitted to humans through infected birds, because of the weak human immune system, it is hard for them to fight this disease. 50 percent deaths occur in patients suffering from this disease.
Common cold is also supposed to be a mysterious disease in the United States. Symptoms for common cold are runny-nose and cough. Dr’s say that the only cure for this cold is rest and plenty of fluids.
